Project Coordination has been appointed by the ACT Government to construct the new workshops and associated spaces within the Hume Resource Recovery Estate.

The project consists of the construction of workshop spaces intended to provide suitable locations for use as a recycling/resource recovery facility for “problematic” waste.

Their use will be initially targeted to glass, glass containers, textiles, clothing, carpet, mattresses and eWaste.

The project started 26 November 2012 due for completion June 2013.
