Leading up to Christmas 2002, four of the ACT and Queanbeyan region’s major shopping centres were significantly upgraded. Project Coordination carried out two of these projects.

Firstly, at the Riverside Plaza in Queanbeyan the Company delivered the new food court in time for Christmas shopping and the facility has been extremely well received by the tenants and shoppers alike.

Secondly, throughout the latter half of 2002 the Company carried out significant works at the Tuggeranong Hyperdome including fitout of the Best & Less store and Mother Nature Food and Beverage complex, and the complete refurbishment of the adjacent Markets which involved the fitout of the Good Guys and Go Lo stores. The Company is currently undertaking works for the new Homeart store.
