Project Coordination has been awarded the construction management of 69 apartments and penthouses by the Englobo Group.
 
The development, valued at $27m, is adjacent to Lake Burley Griffin in the prestigious Kingston suburb of Canberra.
 
It also contains 1,400 m2 of commercial space and is due to commence in September 2010.
