Project Coordination’s Queensland Division has recently commenced site works on its new residential development at Morningside in Brisbane.

The project involves the construction of 2 townhouses and 6 units, associated car parking and landscaping. The townhouses will be two storeys and have three bedrooms and a double garage.

The Units consist of 4 three-bedroom units and 2 two-bedroom units. The development has a contemporary design and takes full advantage of the northerly aspect of the site.

The project is due to be completed early in 2005.  Project value $1.35m
