On 19 May 2004, Katy Gallagher MLA opened the new Teacher’s Education Facility created out of the disused Stirling College.

In attendance at the opening were Project Manager Malcolm Davis, Director Angelo Damiano and Managing Director Paul Murphy of Project Coordination, and the ACT Minister for Education and Training Katy Gallagher, amongst others.
