The Company has recently completed construction of Accommodation Blocks A and B for CIT, Bruce.

Each building comprises shared cooking, cleaning and leisure facilities (including an enclosed garden), disabled access and accommodation for 24 students.

The buildings also feature a number of energy saving devices, such as in-slab heating powered by solar panels.
