The Company’s Queensland branch has recently completed the construction of a new building for CSIRO at it’s QCAT Pullenvale facility.

The new building (approx 600m2 in GFA) will be used as a research and testing facility for Alcan. It includes full clean room testing facilities and office accommodation for support staff.

The building has extensive sun shading elements that also add to the architectural aesthetics of the building.

Project Coordination acted as Construction Manager, meeting tight budget and time constraints.
