The Company has recently been engaged by the CSIRO as Construction Manager for the construction of a new test facility at it’s Queensland Centre for Advanced Technologies, Pullenvale Campus.

The new building is approximagely 600m2 in area and will include two new laboratories, office accommodation, storage and a lift service.

The external façade consists of colour bond metal wall cladding and pre-finished compressed fibre cement. Extensive sun-shading structures will also be installed on the façade.

The project is due for completion in 2005.  Project value $2.3m
