In the latter part of 2002, the Company was engaged by Defence Housing Authority to install approximately 1000 Evaporative Airconditioning units to DHA homes located in Western Australia, South Australia, and the Riverina and Hunter regions.

In addition to this, a survey of 375 homes in the Riverina region was undertaken to determine insulation requirements and, where necessary, rectification was carried out.

The project is well on track, with some regions expected to be completed ahead of schedule. The Company is please with the response it has received to date from tenants and DHA.
