On 18 December 2003 the contract was signed for the construction of a community club located in Calwell, ACT for the Eastlake Football Club.

In attendance were Graham Glenn (President) and Ron Maginness (Vice President), representing the Eastlake Football Club, together with Project Coordination’s Managing Director, Paul Murphy and Construction Manager and Director, Angelo Damiano.
