Project Coordination has completed the construction of a new residence for the Ambassador for Ireland in Australia, located in the Chancery Building complex in Yarralumla, ACT.

The residence includes areas for formal entertaining with a separate, commercial quality kitchen.

External features include extensive use of louvred opening roofs and moveable screens, a swimming pool built into in a rear courtyard and a full size tennis court.

A formal forecourt with a central landscape element and porphory feature paving, completes the presentation of this outstanding residence.

The provision of new security gates, access roads, covered car parking and extensive landscaping were also included.
