Embassy Of Kuwait
The Company has now signed a Project Management Agreement with the State of Kuwait for its new Embassy, Ambassador’s Residence and Diplomatic Residences to be constructed in the Diplomatic precinct of Deakin in the Australian Capital Territory.
The agreement was signed by Yousuf Al-Sabbagh (First Secretary), Paul Murphy (Managing Director of Project Coordination), His Excellency Jamal Al-Ghunmain (Ambassador for the State of Kuwait) and Dennis Martin of Snedden Hall and Gallop (Legal Advisor to the State of Kuwait).
Construction is expected to commence in late 2008. Project value $18.0m
