The Stage 3 contract to construct new educational facilities at Emmaus College, Jimboomba campus, has recently been awarded to Project Coordination Queensland.

Constructed on behalf of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane with funding from the Block Grant Authority, the project involves the construction of the following buildings:

• New Administration Building
• New Technology Centre
• New Covered Area Extension
• New Preparatory Building
• New General Learning Area

The Architect and Superintendent for this project is Bertoldi Architects.

To coincide with the new school term, the project is to be handed over progressively from January 2006.
