As part of Queensland Health’s ongoing capital works programme, the Company was recently awarded the contract for the partial refurbishment of the Level 9 Ward space into a new Cardio Catheter Facility.

The refurbishment works include demolition of existing ward rooms, construction of new walls, joinery fitments, floor coverings and services upgrade to suit the new facility. External works include rectification of the existing membrane roof and mechanical exhaust structure.

Project Coordination is working in collaboration with Project Services, who are acting on behalf of Queensland Health as the Superintendent for this project. The project will take 14 weeks to complete.
