The ACT Division of Project Coordination has been awarded the Construction Management of the Goodwin Aged Care Services Residential Aged Care Facility in Ainslie ACT.

The Project consists of three stories containing 108 high care residential aged care rooms with associated resident services and facilities.

Goodwin Aged Care Services has spent considerable time and effort in ensuring that this facility sets new standards nationally in Aged Care.

The Project is due for completion at the end of 2007.  Project value $24.1m

Works at Goodwin Residential Aged Care Facility are progressing in accordance with the programme with the structure virtually complete and internal fit out well underway.
