The Queensland Division has been awarded its first Lump Sum contract with the Griffith University at its Nathan Campus.

This project involves the construction of a new amenities facility that will include change rooms, toilets, office and catering areas to support the two ovals used by the University.

The building is a single storey structure constructed from masonry and steelwork with a Ritek prefinished cladding system.

The project is due for completion in April 2005, in time for the start of the football season.
