Refurbishment of the Holbrook Hospital for the NSW Department of Commerce continues to progress well, with the project programme status as follows.

December
Painting and joinery were substantially completed and mechanical airconditioning units installed. The roof was closed and paving completed. The ambulance station was largely completed and floor finishes and fit-off services commenced.

January
Stage 2 works have been completed and hospital staff relocated. Stage 3 of the project will now commence.

The project is due for completion in mid 2004.  Project value $1.93m
