Project Coordination has been awarded the contract to refurbish two existing warehouses owned by Integral Energy but damaged during the 2007 hail storm that passed through Blacktown and other Western Sydney suburbs.

The refurbishment works will take approximately three months to complete with new tenants being able to move in at the end of March 2009.
