On 2 March 2015 the Company executed contracts with the John James Foundation for the construction management of the $5 million John James Village in Garran ACT.

The facility will be used by the Leukaemia Foundation to provide a tranquil and self-sufficient “home away from home” for patients and their carers whilst receiving treatment at the Canberra Hospital.

Project Coordination will be working closely with the Foundation to secure some industry participation to contribute toward the funding of the project.

Construction is expected to commence in May 2015 with completion scheduled for March 2016.
