The Company was recently awarded the Contract for the development of the John Purcell House in Nowra. The project commenced in January 2013 and works involve the demolition of the existing structures and the construction of a two storey building (to be used by St Vincent de Paul Society as a Men’s Hostel) containing accommodation (17 short term single rooms, 2 long stay single rooms and associated ancillary facilities – maximum occupancy of 20 people), office space and car parking.

The project is due for completion in December 2013.
