On 13 April 2004, the Company signed contracts with the Macedonian Orthodox Communities of St Kliment Church to construct a new Community Centre, Bishop’s Residence and major site infrastructure. The project also involves the re-roofing in copper of the existing building in Narrabundah.

In return, the Company receives the adjacent land upon which it will develop 50-60 two and three bedroom units.
