Education Queensland has awarded the Company a Design and Construct Contract to build a new General Learning Area (GLA) Block, amenities building and covered walkway at the Marsden State High School.

The GLA building will be a two-storey structure with classrooms and administration offices. The Company will work with PDT Architects to complete the design documentation for the buildings and construction will commence early in March 2004.

The building is due to be completed in August 2004.  Project value $3.2m
