On 26 March 2010 the ACT Minister for Education, Mr Andrew Barr “dug the first sod” for the new 18,000m2 “FIFA Approved” $3.24m artificial football pitch to be shared by Gold Creek Primary School and the adjacent Holy Spirit Catholic Primary School.
