Project Coordination Queensland recently handed over the Stage 5 General Learning Area (GLA) to Education Queensland.

The project was completed three weeks ahead of the contractual completion date and will allow the College adequate time to install loose furniture and settle in ready for the first school term in 2006.

Installation of extensive covered walkways was also included in the works to connect the new building to the adjacent buildings on campus.

The design of the building was undertaken by Project Services, who was also the Superintendent.
