Project Coordination has recently commenced a new project for Education Queensland at North Lakes State College.

The project involves the construction of a new General Learning Area to meet the continued growth of the existing campus.

This single-storey building will add approximately 600m2 in GFA. The building structure comprises a structural steelwork frame and timber wall frames and trusses. The facade is clad in metal wall lining to match the existing buildings within the campus.

The building is to be completed by November 2005.  Project value $1.2m
