Nowra Courthouse Redevelopment
The Company was pleased to be the successful tenderer for the Attorney General’s Department redevelopment of the Nowra Courthouse in NSW.
The redevelopment consists of staged milestones that include the refurbishment to the magistrates’ chamber, tribunal room, staff amenities and public toilets.
New work includes the construction of a new entry and forecourt and a new courtroom incorporating video conferencing system, jury room, interview rooms, lift services, judges’ chambers, public amenities and improved public access.
Construction of the project commenced in January 2007 and is expected to be completed in December 2007.

This project has now been under construction for 6 months with major services diversions now completed along with the concrete slabs for the new building. The internal refurbishment works have been continuing with the construction program.
