There is a critical shortage of low cost housing in Australia, particularly in the major Capital Cities.

The prototype buildings are a three bedroom and two bedroom house, both two storey and forming a duplex with a common wall between.

The buildings are constructed from steel frames and other lightweight construction materials and incorporate environmentally sustainable principles.
