Following negotiations with the Village Building Company, Project Coordination has secured its first contract with Canberra’s leading land developer.

The project is located in Bruce, ACT.  Stage 1 of the development consists of 53 apartments, with ground floor apartments being adaptable for commercial use and one restaurant.

Project Coordination worked closely with the Village Building Company to refine the design and assist in the projects viability.
