Project Coordination Queensland has recently been awarded the contract to construct a new General Learning Area building at the Rivermount College, Yatala campus.

The building is a single-storey middle school facility that will provide additional classrooms and administration to meet the continued growth in student numbers at the college.

Similar in style to existing buildings, the new building has been designed by Parups Waring Architects.

Attending the contract signing were Mr Richard Edwards (Project Manager) and Mr Chris Kenvyn (Divisional Manager) from Project Coordination, next to Mr Colin Young (School Principal), Mr Simon Wilkins (School Business Manager) and Mr Tony Slaughter (Project Architect).

Completion of the new building is scheduled for January 2006.  Project value $1.0m
