Project Coordination has been awarded the contract for the major refurbishment and upgrade of Riverside Plaza Shopping Centre on behalf of AMP Life Limited.

The Superintendent for the project is Restifa and Partners Pty Limited and the project is valued at $8.5mil. and due for completion by July 2003.

The Project involves the following works which will be staged to enable the shopping centre to trade throughout the proposed upgrade:

New entrance off Monaro Street including travelators to existing carpark.
New food court area with the capacity for 250 persons.
New terrazzo flooring and ceiling finishes to the mall
New specialty shop tenancies.
Refurbishment of existing commercial tenancy areas.
New toilets and refurbishing of existing facilities.
