Industry Superannuation Property Trust of Melbourne has selected Project Coordination as its Construction Manager for the base building upgrade to its Robert Garran Offices property.

The project will involve major mechanical and electrical services upgrades to meet current office accommodation guidelines and improved energy management principles.

Fitout works will also be undertaken for the building tenant, Attorney Generals Department. The project is due for completion by May 2003. Value is $3.50m
