The ACT & Southern NSW Division began work this month on the construction of a new sales and service complex for the Rolfe Partnership.

The new Rolfe facilities in Phillip will display Mazda and Subaru vehicles, including a range of new and used passenger and sports cars, as well as commercial vehicles.

The design had to incorporate certain stylistic features unique to Subaru and Mazda, so that the dealerships will be internationally recognised. This development will provide extensive levels of customer service, and increased employment opportunities within the Canberra region.

Completion of the works is scheduled for June 2006. Project value $9.0m
