Project Coordination continues its repeat business with the Department of Defence, being the successful tenderer on two projects at HMAS Albatross, Nowra including the Senior Sailors Mess Refurbishment ($0.63m) and the Fuel Farm Remediation ($0.58m).

The Senior Sailors refurbishment includes the demolition and replacement of internal floor areas including refurbishment works to the toilets and external retaining wall construction.

The Fuel Farm remediation project involves the demolition, groundworks and associated hydraulic works to the fuel dispensing and storage tank areas.

Also included in the works is the manufacture and erection of two structural steel canopies.

The two projects are due for completion in mid 2006. Project value $1.2m
