Transformer Upgrade works have commenced at Seven Hills Zone Substation. The project includes demolition works and the installation of grout-injected piers to allow the construction of a new transformer enclosure, including concrete bund and hollow core pre-cast fire walls. Works will be completed by the addition of metal louvres fixed to the outside of the enclosure. The project, which also includes the installation of HV conduits to the new bund, will be completed in May 2012. Project value $0.5m.
