The Company has been awarded the contract to build 3 new houses for the Department of Disability Services Queensland.

Each house will be a single level dwelling; featuring steel framed wall and roof structures, brick veneer façade and metal deck roof.

The internal layout of the houses has been designed to meet the disabled access code requirements.

A new road, including associated drainage and landscaping works, is to be constructed as part of the works to provide access to the homes.

An in-ground pool is also to be constructed as part of the works. External fencing will be installed around the perimeter of the complex and pool.

The project is to be completed by August 2005.
