A unique sod turning ceremony was performed for construction commencement of the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir and Community Centre, Canberra.

The auspicious event was held in the presence of BAPS Australia’s resident swamis – Sadhu Paramchintandas and Sadhu Priyachintandas. The machinery and the tools were sanctified and the entire team felt blessed and excited to initiate this beautiful project.

What a wonderful start for this unique monument.
