Sustainability Design Award

The inaugural Environ/BPN Sustainability Awards recently held in Sydney saw the MacArthur Centre for Sustainability, the winner of the Public Building Category for Sustainabile Design.
The building, which was proudly built by the Project Coordination NSW Division in 2006 using alternative and sustainabile building materials, is a unique structure typifying the use of such materials in both residential and commercial construction.
The Centre that is located at Mt Annan is a non-profit, community driven organisation, with the aim of prmoting sustainable homes and gardens. It is a unique and high profile information, education and demonstration Centre.
