The Illawarra Division has been working on refurbishing an existing building into operational offices and workshop facilities for Sydney Water.

The project also includes construction of a 5000m2 outdoor area of car parking, storage area and a truck wash.

Works commenced in November 2004 with external works expected to be completed in April 2005.
