The Company is undertaking $4.5m of works comprising of a wide range of elements in a number of different locations concurrently. The diverse works include a new renal ward, various building extensions and new security services to the car parks.

The works are being undertaken within occupied and operational areas of the Hospital and in close proximity to the staff and public. Such pressures demand the need for thorough pre-planning and for the Project Team to remain flexible enabling it to respond to unforeseeable changes at short notice.

Along with the above works, Project Coordination, in conjunction with the CFMEU is undertaking the construction of a new children’s ward as a community project.
