One of the Company’s major repeat business Clients, Leda Design and Construction, engaged the Company as its Construction Manager to undertake upgrading and refurbishment works within the existing Tuggeranong Hyperdome and adjacent markets.

Within the market complex a complete upgrade of its services was implemented along with the revamping of the building facade to reflect the existing facade of the Hyperdome.

The refurbishment of the existing toilets was also undertaken in the Hyperdome Shopping Centre to meet current trends in retail design.

The project is due for completion by December 2002.
