The Company has secured another project with its major retail repeat-business client, Leda Holdings Pty Ltd.

The project involves the construction of eight restaurants with commercial office space above at the Tuggeranong Hyperdome main street frontage in Southern Canberra.

The project will be complete in time for the Christmas 2006 shopping season.
