Project Coordination have recently been awarded this project for the Uniting Church of Australia and Marco Polo Retirement Village Ltd. The scope of works includes the construction of a new Administration and Community Centre including undercover parking for the existing Aged Care Facility.

The project is expected to be completed by July 2003.

The value is $1.3m.
