The project consists of the upgrade and refurbishment of two existing timber clad buildings Block A and B and the installation of a new two classroom block using a MDR building, Block A, for four classrooms, ancillary spaces and student toilets and Block B for school administration, staff facilities and student toilets, together with site works, site services, covered ways and landscaping.

The new two classroom block is using the Modular Design Range (MDR) building.
