Project Coordination’s Queensland operation has recently commenced work on the refurbishment of the Waterford Shopping Centre for publicly listed Company, MFS Property.

The project involves the upgrade of the external facade, car parking including drainage and lighting, signage and an extension to the existing Bi – Lo supermarket that is the anchor tenant of the suburban shopping centre.

The Company is working closely with the Development Manager, Parmac Property to deliver the project whilst the shopping centre continues to trade through the upgrade.

The project is due for completion in December 2006.  Project value $4.5m
