The Company has recently been awarded the refurbishment of the Woolworths Buranda store, located at the existing Buranda Shopping Centre.

The existing centre is currently being extended to provide additional retail space for Woolworths. As part of the Company’s contract the store will be refurbished and a new extension fitted out.

All refurbishment works are due to be completed by January 2006.
