Works have commenced on the Gungahlin College Expansion project. The project includes:

• Installation of 4 Relocatable Learning Units adding 8 new learning spaces
• Enclosure of the balcony to create additional science spaces
• Internal renovations to the school
• Restoration of the sporting oval
• Relocation of the cafe in order to create an additional learning space in the library
