Yovelton House is the last federation era farmhouse in Albion Park Rail. It has a proud historic association with dairying in the area. Shellharbour Council owns the house which is used as a community facility but needed heritage restoration work.

The Council engaged Project Coordination to carry out the heritage refurbishment and repair works to bring the historically important building back to a high standard so that it will endure much further into the future.
