The project involved the design management and construction of 94 Units, consisting of six Terrace and two Apartment buildings as well as four basement parking areas. the project incorporated a water tank for irrigation use, solar panels to offset common area electricity consumption and shared common areas for use by the residents. 

To minimise future maintenance costs, prefinished fibre cement sheeting was used as both feature and normal external cladding panels and face brick and block was used throughout.
