The redevelopment of the ABC’s Dickson headquarters comprised of 3 stages.

Stage 1 incorporated construction of a new two-storey building, housing staff and equipment areas and the refurbishment of the octagonal radio studios building.

Stage 2 involved the refurbishment of the TV building and construction of a new external compound. This stage was challenging, as the work was undertaken whilst the TV studio and control rooms remained operational.

Stage 3 involved the construction of a new car park.
