Phillip Health Centre Patient Lifting Rail
This work involved the installation of a ceiling mounted walking harness to be installed in the rehabilitation gym and operated by trained Physiotherapy staff of Aged Care and Rehabilitation Service. The purpose for the installation is to prevent injury to clients and staff

1 Moore Street Dental Surgery Refurbishment
This work involved the refurbishment of 9 clinical surgeries and dental facility to comply with Australian standards

Ted Noffs Watson Fire Safety Upgrade
This work involved the upgrade of fire separation barriers between accommodation areas. This was achieved by installing residential sprinkler systems to accommodation blocks A, C & D and included an upgrade to the existing fire detection system, exit and emergency lighting.

Hennessey House & Arcadia House Fire Safety Upgrade
This work involved an upgrade to the existing fire detection system, emergency and exit signage. A light hazard sprinkler system was installed in block B of Hennessey House

Karralika Fadden & Isabella Plains
Upgrade fire separation between sole-occupancy unit areas at Fadden and Isabella Plains. This was achieved by installing residential sprinkler systems to the sole occupancy units and included an upgrade to the existing fire detection system, exit and emergency lighting and the installation of a new fire indicator panel.

1 Moore Street NSP Fitout
The security office waas relocated and a NSP (Needle Syringe Program) Office was constructed. This work was undertaken on the ground floor and the project was designed to reduce the amount of demolition work involoved and minimise impact on the foyer.

QE2, Burrangirri Aged Care & Tuggeranong Health Centre Painting
This work involved the internal re-painting to clinical, patient and staff areas within the buildings.

Clare Holland House Emergency Generator
This work involved the installation of an emergency generator for the Hospice capable of providing back emergency power for all clinical and treatment areas, bedrooms and essential support services.

Phillip, Tuggeranong & Belconnen Health Centres Air Conditioning Upgrade
The key focus of this project was the upgrading of environmental control systems. It included electrical and controls modifications, the installation of two new chillers modifications and upgrading and balancing of the systems at each Health Centre to improve efficiency and functional requirements of the systems.

Clare Holland House 4 Bed Ward Extension
This work involved the conversion of an existing 4 bed ward area into 4 single rooms with separate ensuite facilities. The work required a small extension to the rear of the building to accommodate the new rooms.
